In this Season Of Judgment, God is commanding that we forgive and release all men of all wicked and illegal debts. This means forgiving offenses and making amends for what has been done. “What was been stolen must be returned,” says God. If you are found to be a thief, especially in stealing from God, in tithes or offering (Malachi 3:8-9), you are cursed. If you have with held from God’s people or stolen payments and money due, the Bible has a clear judgment for that situation.
- “If a man shall deliver unto his neighbour money or stuff to keep, and it be stolen out of the man’s house; if the thief be found, let him pay double.” Exodus 22:7
- “Men do not despise a thief, if he steal to satisfy his soul when he is hungry; But if he be found, he shall restore sevenfold; he shall give all the substance of his house.” Proverbs 6:30-31
- “Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.” I Corinthians 6:10
If you have gotten rich by stealing, or holding back payment due, or from cheating another of what was owed, repent. Rectify the situation before it is too late. Don’t try to hide. It won’t work. God has a Spiritual All Points Bulletin (APB) Out For All Thieves. If that is you, destruction is at hand. What you have done to others, God will make happen to you (Ephesians 6:8). It is the seed you have sown. Pull it up before it’s too late!
“Go to now, ye rich men, weep and howl for your miseries that shall come upon you.” James 5:1
